HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE  
 
Simply email returns@renierstudios.com with your order number to organise a return. You will receive an email with steps to make your return. 

Returns are FREE Australia wide. 
 
RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Returns must be requested within the 14 days return period.
2. Return requests must be approved by our returns team via email returns@renierstudios.com.
3. Returns are FREE Australia wide only. 
4. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all RÈNIER Studios tags attached and any related accessories.
5. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted, and therefore sent back to the customer.  

REFUNDS
 
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
 
EXCHANGES
 
Due to the small production batches, we cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange items for you. Therefore, if your desired item is still available, we recommend you make another purchase on renierstudios.com with your new item, while returning your original item. This will limit your wait time enabling you to secure your new item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
 
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel or make changes to your order. Please Contact Us promptly after placing your order and your client service representative will advise if cancellation or amendments are available.
